How to reach the editorial team, and what to send us if a record on this site is out of date.
What to send us, and what it will actually change
The most useful message this site receives is a correction, and a correction needs four things to be acted on rather than filed. Tell us which page you were reading, which of the four boxes looks wrong ("demo", "no sign-up", "no deposit" or the tournament column), the address of the operator's page you read, and the day you read it (a date, not a month).
A quotation is worth more than a description, and it beats an opinion by a margin so wide that the two are not really comparable (two lines of the operator's own prose settle a box). One sentence from an operator's own help page, pasted as it stands, can move a box from "not verified" to a primary source in an afternoon; a report that a demo "did not seem to work" cannot move anything at all, because it describes a session nobody else can repeat.
What happens next is dull and it is written down. The row is corrected, or its "level" is changed, or the claim is taken out of the record altogether, and whichever of the three it is, the row carries the date of the new reading rather than the old one. A change of that sort also shows up in the source line under the record (the line counting how many of the four entries were read at the source).
Two kinds of message are especially welcome, and both describe something a reader standing in front of a lobby can see while a reader of documents cannot. The first is a lobby that has started asking for an account where our record says it does not; the second is a brand that has plainly moved to different software (a new launcher, a new game grid, a "Demo" link that has appeared or vanished).
What this address cannot do, however politely it is asked
We hold no account with any casino on this site, so nothing about an account can be sorted out here. A withdrawal that has not arrived, an identity document that has been refused, a balance that has been frozen or a bonus whose "wagering" was never completed are all matters for the casino's own support desk, the only party able to open the file and look at it.
A request to be excluded from gambling sites cannot be handled here either, and sending it to us would only lose a day. Every market described on these pages has a register or a help line of its own, and they are set out with their numbers on the page about responsible gambling.
Nor is this an address from which legal advice could sensibly be given to anybody, in any country. The rules are quoted on the site together with their source (the instrument, the number, the day it came into force), which is as far as a publisher can honestly go, and what any of that means for one person in one place is a matter for somebody qualified in that place.
Finally, there are no codes to hand out. This site holds no "exclusive" code, no private link and no arrangement under which a reader is given terms different from the ones printed on the operator's own page, and any message promising otherwise did not come from us!
The address
- Corrections, questions and commercial enquiries: [EMAIL: contact address — to be completed by the owner]
There is no telephone number and no chat window (a person, a mailbox, and no ticketing system behind it), which is a consequence of how small the team is rather than a matter of policy. A message is read by a person, an answer takes days rather than minutes once it has been read, and a correction that arrives with its four pieces of evidence is dealt with faster than one that arrives with none.
Press and commercial enquiries go to the same address, and so does anything about the affiliate links, the "ad disclosure" line or the content of the disclaimer. A reader who would rather not write at all has the better option in any case, which is to open the operator's page beside this one and judge the two against each other. No address is kept for anything except the reply to it, and nothing sent here is added to a list of any kind.
